What is an EULA?

EULA stands for “End User License Agreement”. The EULA becomes a binding contract between you and Typedepot Foundry when you commence a Font Software download, or if you acquire Font Software on a permanent medium, when you open the package in which the software is contained. If you do not wish to be bound by the EULA, do not purchase, access, download and/or install or otherwise use the Font Software. You can review our EULAs here.

Buying Fonts

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept VISA and Mastercard credit cards. If you don’t have any of these payment methods, please contact us: sales@typedepot.com

My transaction has failed, what do I do?

Please contact your card issuer directly to resolve any problem that has occurred with your credit card transaction. We do not authorise your card, your card issuer does. Typedepot Foundry uses Braintree to securely process credit card data. We can not see your private details or the reason why your purchase has been declined.

How and when will I get the fonts from Typedepot?

Upon completing your order and its successful payment, you will receive an email where you can download the purchased fonts in a .zip folder as well as a PDF file with the License Agreements.

The font file formats you’ll receive are as follows:

      • Desktop font files: OpenType, Font.otf.
      • Web font files: Web Font Format,  Font.woff2,
      • App font files: TrueType, Font.ttf.

You can also access your order and font download at any time via your Typedepot account. Go to: My account and sign in using the email you used to make the purchase.

I’ve ordered the wrong font by mistake, can you help me?

If you’ve accidentally purchased the wrong font weight/style or font format, it is not possible to return them for a refund or replace them by other fonts.

Do you offer refunds if I change my mind?

All sales of font software are final, so please review your order carefully prior to purchase.
